Gallery for Your Wedding
Spontaneous guest perspectives with no app, live projector slideshow, and print-ready A6 table cards.
Two sides of an unforgettable event: simple for guests, sovereign control for hosts.
FlashUp solves the photo dilemma of every celebration: collecting all the candid, authentic moments without forcing guests to download an app, while keeping you in complete control before anything hits the projector screen.

- Flexible visibility toggle: Decide whether guests can browse all photos or keep the gallery host-only.
- Full original ZIP export: Download the complete collection in uncompressed full resolution the next morning.
Admin console: Live moderation, projector controls, and media archive download in one place.
Four thoughtful stages for your celebration
FlashUp is not a generic cloud drive: it is purposefully engineered for the real timeline of weddings, birthdays, and parties.
Before the event: Print-ready QR table cards & flyers
Right after creating your gallery, download beautifully formatted PDF templates featuring your personal QR code. Choose between modern, boho, or minimalist styles to complement your event decor. Tip: Pair them with a digital guestbook with photos or print creative photo tasks for guests.
Print-optimized A6/A7 format
Multiple design themes
For tables, bar & photo booth
During the celebration: Live slideshow for projectors, screens & Smart TVs
Turn your guests into the stars of the party: new photos appear live on screen seconds after upload. This sparks energy, encourages other guests to capture moments, and displays every corner of the event.
No software required
Runs in any browser
Real-time sync
The morning after: Original quality instead of WhatsApp compression
WhatsApp, Telegram, and social platforms compress images by up to 80% and wipe EXIF metadata. FlashUp preserves every photo and video in exact camera resolution, ready for wedding photo books and large-format prints. Learn more in our guide on why WhatsApp fails for event photos.
