• You create an event and get a unique QR code
• Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera

Creating your gallery is super simple:

• Click "Create Gallery" on our homepage
• Fill in your event details (name, date, location)
• Complete the payment (€29.99 for 6 months)
• Receive your QR code and gallery link via email

The whole process takes less than 60 seconds!

No! That's one of FlashUp's best features. Guests simply:

• Scan the QR code with their phone's camera
• Their browser opens automatically
• They can upload photos directly through the web interface

It works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a modern web browser.

You can share your QR code in several ways:

• Print it out: Put it on tables, at the entrance, or on invitations
• Digital sharing: Send via WhatsApp, email, or social media
• Display it: Show on screens or projectors at your venue

The QR code scanning feature requires a device with a camera.

Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), WebP

File size limits: Up to 10MB per photo

Upload limits: Guests can upload multiple photos at once

Photos are automatically compressed for faster loading while maintaining quality.

No! There's no limit on:

• Number of photos in your gallery
• Number of guests who can upload
• Number of times someone can upload

Your gallery can grow as large as your event needs!

We take content moderation seriously:

• You can report inappropriate content via email
• We review reports within 24 hours
• Inappropriate content is removed immediately
• We may restrict access for users who violate our terms

Your photos are protected with enterprise-grade security:

• Encryption: All photos are encrypted in transit and at rest
• EU Hosting: Stored in GDPR-compliant European data centers
• Private Access: Only people with your QR code can access the gallery
• No Public Indexing: Your gallery won't appear in search engines

Only people with access to your QR code or direct link can view your gallery. This includes:

• You (the gallery creator)
• Anyone you share the QR code with
• Anyone they might share it with

Important: Treat your QR code like a password - only share it with people you trust.

Yes! We're fully GDPR compliant:

• All data is stored in the EU
• We only collect necessary information
• You can request data deletion at any time
• We have clear privacy policies and consent mechanisms

Your gallery and all photos are available for 6 months after your event date.

Before deletion, we'll send you email reminders to download your photos if you want to keep them permanently.

This includes:

• Unlimited photo uploads
• Unlimited guests
• QR code generation
• Email delivery
• 6 months of storage
• Download functionality

No hidden fees, no monthly subscriptions!

We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• SEPA Direct Debit (EU bank accounts)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Other local payment methods

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, we never store your payment information.

Since we deliver the service immediately (QR code and gallery creation), refunds are generally not available according to EU consumer law.

However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us at info@flashup.io and we'll work to resolve the issue.

Currently, each gallery is priced individually at €29.99. However:
